The Village of Creemore is a well-established and quaint community that has a large draw that attracts both individuals and families who enjoy rural living with modern amenities. Public schools such as Nottawasaga and Creemore Public School serve the educational needs of the neighbourhood, and offer bi-lingual learning for a range of grades. The low density population of this smaller village also makes it a very safe area for walking, cycling, and for play, with public parks at the north and south ends of the community.
Mad River Park is a popular destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts, and provides the perfect environment for relaxation and picnics. Along Mill Street, residents will also find the Horticultural Society Gardens, which are a good place to just take in the beautiful surroundings, or to join the society and take part in classes and lectures on the botanical arts.
